Invigorate body, brain, and spirit with 3-4 mile brisk walks in various parks and neighborhoods throughout Seattle. Varied terrain includes sidewalks and gravel paths, mostly level but expect some gentle to moderate hills. Each walk concludes with a social gathering in a nearby cafe.
Second and fourth Fridays each month at 10:00 AM.
