Dementia-Friendly Mindful Walk
In late March we see buds bursting all around that will soon be leaves ready to breathe and flowers ready for pollinators. On this gentle walk with an urban naturalist we’ll take time to notice the changes in our flora as another season begins. A lovely way to celebrate the International Day of Happiness. Be prepared to walk 1 mile and stand or walk for the duration. Mix of paved and packed dirt paths with minimal elevation gain.
