Art in the Park

Enjoy time in the Japanese Garden at the Arboretum and a watercolor experience led by an Elderwise facilitator. Series is open to persons with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners.

Each session includes time to explore the garden and a guided watercolor experience. No artistic experience necessary; all materials are provided.

This program is free.

A conversation with the Dementia Friendly Recreation Specialist is required for 1st time participants. Please contact Tamara: 206.615.0100 or tamara.keefe@seattle.gov. This 3-part series will be held on Wednesday 10/12, 10/26 and 11/9.
