ESML Improv Teachers Are Coming to CASC!  Sign Up for Classes

Improv is all about saying, "YES" to whatever happens IN THE MOMENT in creative play.  Taproot's trained improv teachers lead this class for people with memory loss and their care partners. Students excel in this creative setting, utilizing multiple areas of memory that still function well.  The end result is a feeling of success and accomplishment in a class filled with laughter and social connection.

Improv students engage fully in the present moment.  There is no memory requirement, just the delight of participating in a  creative experience that releases the imagination while giving a sense of accomplishment, self-confidence, and social enrichment.

These classes are highly recommended for both those experiencing early stage memory loss (ESML) and are dementia inclusive.  Care partners are welcome to participate in the class free of charge.  This can add a wonderful new dimension to shared daily life.

Contact:  Front Desk at 206.726.4926

Registration: Preferred.  Maximum of 15 students.

Cost: $2 members | $4 non-members per class Care partners are invited to attend at no cost.
