Join Momentia on September 25 for The Walk to End Alzheimer's
When you participate in WALK, you help raise awareness in our community about Alzheimer's disease and raise funds for research toward a treatment, prevention and ultimately a cure. Monies raised also go toward providing care and support to those facing Alzheimer's.
So put on your Momentia T-shirt and stand behind our Momentia banner on September 25th as we walk to End Alzheimer's and raise community awareness about Alzheimer's. Family, friends, children and grandchildren are all welcome and encouraged to join in. The more the merrier!!
