You are invited to the final art exhibition for the Creative Connections Project.  Enjoy viewing the art of the participants at the reception as well as the hors d’oeuvres and music. 

This is a one-day only event and should not be missed.

The aim of the Creative Connections Project is to showcase the impact the creative process has on enhancing meaningful exchange with people living with dementia. Photographs from Monica Jane Frisell and art works by participants in the project will be on view.  Both Amy L. Harris, recreational therapist, and Monica Jane Frisell, photographer, will be in attendance to answer questions related to this year-long project.

When:  Saturday, April 16 from 12-3pm.
