This one-day conference is designed for family and professional care partners of people living with dementia as well as social and healthare professionals, artists and educators.

The conference will explore a proactive, strength-based approach to the support and caring of people living with dementia through programs involving art and creativity.  Lectures and hands-on workshops with national and local experts in dementia care will be offered; continuing education units will be available.
